O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Additional Mahila Court @ Magistrate Level, Karur, to dispose of the petition in C.M.P.No.1310 of 2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.This Court, vide order dated 19.01.2026, had directed the learned Additional Mahila Judge @ Magistrate Level, Karur, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending cases and in compliance of the same, the learned Additional Mahila Judge @ Magistrate Level, Karur, had sent a report vide proceedings in D.No.77/2026, dated 04.01.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising from the year 2015 to 2026, which was addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 449 and the pendency of the cases in the year 2022 is 46. 3.Considering the fact that the present petition is of the year 2022, the learned Additional Mahila Judge @ Magistrate Level, Karur, is directed to dispose of the petition in C.M.P.No.1310 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
