Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission to renovate, cleaning the Kundurani Oorani for public Children use situated at Periyakadaiveethi, Vadakadu Village, Alangudy Taluk, Pudukkottai District, by the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2017.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to give necessary permission for cleaning Kundurani Oorani situates in Vadakadu Village, Alangudy Taluk, Pudukkottai District, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2.Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents.

a representation on 19.06.2017, but the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without costs and the first respondent viz., District Collector, Pudukkottai District is directed to look into the representation dated 19.06.2017 and dispose of the same on merits within a period of one month.
