ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's assignment patta was cancelled. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the second respondent. He wants the same to be disposed of expeditiously. No exception can be taken to the said request.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the second respondent will dispose of the appeal within a period of eight weeks.

4. Recording the said submission, I direct the second respondent to disposed of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within the aforesaid period from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent will put on notice to the impleaded respondent before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the 2/4
