This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to issue a non Hulling agent satisfactory completion certificate volume and value work done certificate. The petitioner also sought for a direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to participate in the tender called for H & T contract for the year 2017 to 2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this writ petition has become infructuous, as nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
