COMMON PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in his proceedings in R.P.No.119/2017-D2, R.P.No.126/2017-D2, R.P.No.123/2017D2,R.P.No.122/2017-D2, R.P.No.120/2017-D2, R.P.No.125/2017-D2, R.P.No.121/2017-D2, R.P.No.125/2017-D2 respectively in WP(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Nos.12078/2017 to WP(MD)No.12085/2017 dated 19.05.2017 as also the consequent eviction notice issued by the third respondent to the petitioner on 19.06.2017 and quash the same as of no legal consequence and consequently direct the first respondent to obtain a Deed of Lease from the petitioner in respect of the property in his occupation in S.F.No.42/7 at Muthu Boopala Samuthiram in Kulithalai Town, Karur District belonging to the 4th respondent and under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Endowment Act.
