This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to life and limb of the petitioner and her family members from the third respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that enquiry is pending on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

3.Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
