Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass order on the petitioner representation dated 22.10.2020 for re-fixing his seniority with effect from the date of recommendation sent for appointment and thereby to grant all notional service benefits within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Honble Court.

When the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A4/603/2021, dated 27.11.2021. However, the petitioner has disputed that the order of this Court has not been complied with fully.

Cont.P(MD)No.1059 of 2021 2.In view of the compliance of the direction issued by this Court, the Contempt Petition stands closed. It is always open to the petitioner to challenge the above proceedings in the manner known to law.
