ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct an investigation and file a final report in Crime No.177 of 2019, on the file of the second respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR in crime No.177/2019 had been registered and the investigation is under progress. Further, he sought one month time to file final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court.

3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the said direction, this criminal original petition stands allowed.
