O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 29.07.2021 within a stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner on 08.08.2021, a case has been registered in Crime No.116 of 2021 on the same day, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 448, 435, 427, 323, 506 (ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.13911 of 2021 Women Act, 2002 against Ariyanatchi, Jothi, Pannerselvam and Mariyammal.

3.Since the complaint has been ended in registration of the case, nothing survives in this petition for further consideration. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
