cancel the patta which were granted illegally in favour of the respondents 7 to 8, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 28.02.2020, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that the land in Survey No. 281/B was allotted to Adi-Dravidar community people. Under the scheme, the respondents 7 to 18 were allotted in the space which was originally earmarked as land for common purpose. However, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 7 and 8 submitted that the land allotted to the respondents 7 to 18 was earmarked as land for future requirement.
3. It is seen that there are 4 allotments which is for the plot numbers, for common pathway, lands for future requirements and also for lands for common purpose.
4. Therefore, this Court without expressing any opinion is directing the 3rd respondent to consider the case of the petitioner as well as the 3/6
respondents 7 to 18, after issuing notice to all the rival claimants, thereafter, conduct personal hearing and pass orders. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above said observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
