Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court S-12. To issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to settle the post retirement benefits scheme pension amount from the year May 2016 to 2020 with interest at the rate 18 percent per annum by considering the representation of the petitioner dt. 03.011.2020 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Honble Court.
