The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment in Town Survey No.150, North Pudhugramam, 3rd Street, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District.

2.Even though, the writ petitioner had given representations dated 28.12.2015 and 16.06.2017, no action has been taken so far.

3.We therefore direct the third respondent to enquire into the matter and if encroachment is noticed, action shall be taken for removing the same. The third respondent shall issue notice to all the affected parties and after following due process of law remove the encroachment in question.

4.The entire exercise shall be completed within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
