Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner in view of forcing him to pay a huge amount to the second respondent on the basis of the complaint of the second respondent which is purely civil in nature.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner by way of forcing him to pay a huge amount to the second respondent on the basis of the complaint of the second respondent which is purely civil in nature.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is an arbitration pending between the parties. Some money dispute, issue is now pending before the respondent police.

3.If the respondent police finds the issue between the parties concerned is a civil dispute, the respondent police should relegate the parties to resolve the dispute, which is now pending in arbitration. The petitioner shall not be harassed at the time of enquiry.
