By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed before the 1st respondent dated 20.04.2022 against the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Ka.No.021073/572/Nee.Pee 1/00.4/Ko.Ku.O/2022, dated 29.01.2022.

3.Since the appeal is still pending, it would be appropriate to direct the first respondent to dispose of it expeditiously, within a stipulated time.

W.P.(MD) No.13255 of 2022 4.In view of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 20.04.2022 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
