ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused (Rank Not Knwon), apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 323 and 506(2) I.P.C, in Crime No.Not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no case has been registered against the petitioner. Earlier occasion, anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.9243 of 2022. That was disposed of by this Court with a direction to the petitioner to co-operate with the respondent to complete the enquiry. Further directed that in the mean time, he should not be harassed.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petition has been moved by the petitioner on the ground that in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.11527 of 2022 respect of enquiry, even though, he appeared before the Enquiry Officer thrice, continues harassment was made by them. 3.Since no case has been registered against the petitioner, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings before the concerned Court, if any trouble arises in future during the course of investigation.
