ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent would submit that the petitioner has subsequently filed a Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.3543 of 2021 and this Court, by order dated 22.07.2021, disposed of the said Writ Petition. Copy of the said order has been placed before this Court. He would further submit that in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.3543 of 2021, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
