O R D E R

The prayer sought in this writ petitio is to quash the tender notification issued by the respondent Municipality, dated 08.06.2017 and consequently direct the respondent to allot a shop to the petitioner, based on his representation, dated 14.06.2017. 2.Heard Mr.J.Alaguramjothi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Athimoolapandian, learned Counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.Mr.P.Athimoolapandian, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the writ petition has been filed challenging the conditions in the tender notification, however, in the subsequent auction, the petitioner has participated and became the successful bidder in respect of shop No.155 and he also deposited Rs.1,00,000/- towards EMD.

4.In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
