PRAYER in W.P.(MD)No.13944 of 2021: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned partial termination notice vide Sa.Mu.Ka.No.19/2020-21/A1, dated 26.07.2021 which was sent by the fifth respondent to the petitioner and the consequent Sa.Mu.Ka.No.1097/2021-22/A2, dated 28.07.2021 issued by the fourth respondent to the petitioner and quash the same and directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to execute the works as per the agreement dated 21.08.2020 for the remaining tenure of the contract period.
PRAYER in W.P.(MD)No.12942 of 2021: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned show cause notice in V.K.No.19/2020-21/A1, dated 17.07.2021 issued by the fifth respondent to the petitioner and quash the same and directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to execute the works as per the agreement dated 21.08.2020 for the remaining tenure of the contract period.
