2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent submits that no case has been registered against the petitioners so far and only an enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.161 of 2022. It is a matrimonial issue between the husband and wife. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners herein are only the in laws.

CRL OP(MD). No.11362 of 2022 4.Since no case has been registered against the petitioners so far, they can wait till the completion of enquiry. Since it is a matrimonial issue, the respondent police can take conciliation process and if any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy appropriately. 5.With the aforesaid liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
