connection with a case in Crime No. 92 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 328 IPC and 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 16.05.2024, the accused persons were found in illegal possession of banned pan masala and tobacco products. Hence the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent opposed for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that the petitioner is having five previous cases to his credit.

5. Considering the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
