This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.3946 of 2025, dated 14.02.2025 has not been complied with.

2.Today(13.06.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that based on the complaint of this petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and it was closed on 03.03.2025. A copy of the closure report is placed before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the closure report, dated 03.03.2025, this contempt petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner 2/4

and the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
