ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to issue tender schedule form to the petitioner whenever the tender is called for by the third respondent under "consolidated schools infrastructure development scheme 2016 - 2017". 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he was not issued with the tender form in spite of a specific request made by him in respect of the tender, which was schedule to be held on 20.01.2017.

3.Today when the matter is taken up for further hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent, based on instructions, submitted that the said tender schedule fixed on 20.01.2017 was cancelled and new tender will be invited by making appropriate notification/publication. He further submitted that whenever new tender process is commenced, the petitioner will be given tender form, if necessary charges are paid by him. 4.The said statement of the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to proceed in accordance with law while inviting tender for the works including by issuing tender form to the petitioner, if the petitioner pays necessary charges. No costs.
