Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.M.MADASAMY, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6126 of 2021 dated 29.04.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 29.04.2021. Thereafter, the petitioners filed a petition for extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioners while granting anticipatory bail. The said petition was allowed by this Court, vide order dated 25.06.2021, in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4256 of 2021. Thereafter, the petitioners are complying with the condition from 17.07.2021, without fail.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly from 17.07.2021.

4. Since the petitioners are complying with the condition from 17.07.2021, the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed.

5. The petition is ordered accordingly.
