ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of the investigation pending on the file of the third respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the third respondent Police have registered an FIR in Crime No.1099 of 2018 against the accused person under Section 467, 468, 471, 420 and 506 (i) of IPC.

3.In view of the subsequent development, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The respondent Police has to effectively investigate this case and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
