O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to take action on the complaints dated 30.11.2023, 02.07.2024 and 26.03.2025 made by the petitioner and Members of "Agrini Enclave Houses and Flat Owners Association (AEHFOA)".

2. According to the petitioner, he sent the complaints dated 30.11.2023, 02.07.2024 and 26.03.2025 to the second respondent, but the same have not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaints are under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law within fifteen days.

4. Recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner's complaints are pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's complaints dated 30.11.2023, 02.07.2024 and 26.03.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law within a Page No. 2 of 4

period of fifteen days from the date of this order.
