: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the unauthorized, illegal encroachment made in Tamukkam Corporation, Commercial Complex, Madurai, in its second floor and consequently direct the fourth respondent to disconnect the electricity connections given to the encroached portion of building at Tamukkam Corporation Commercial Complex, Madurai, in its second floor by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2017.
