*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, styled as a"Public Interest Litigation" to direct the respondent to appoint a fit person or Thakkar to conduct the temple festival, which is going to be held from 17.07.2017 to 19.07.2017, under the direct supervision of the respondent.

2. In the said representation, the petitioner has made allegations about the trustees of a temple belonging to a particular community in the matter of conducting temple festival. The petitioner would admit that S.A.(MD).No.227 of 2013 is pending before this Court. Further, the petitioner has not impleaded the persons, against whom he has made allegations. purely a civil dispute between the parties. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
