The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 27.06.2024 passed in W.P. (MD)No.13895 of 2024.

2. It is represented before this Court by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the contemnors / respondents that the order of this Court, dated 27.06.2024 passed in W.P.(MD)No. 13895 of 2024 has been complied with and an order has also been passed by the second respondent on 01.07.2025, wherein the salary and other benefits for the period from 13.01.2023 to 31.05.2025 during which the petitioner was discharging his duties as Village Assistant, have been granted to the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner has got any grievance over the order dated 01.07.2025, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 01.08.2025 NCC : Yes/No (2/2) Index : Yes / No sm 2/4
