ORDER

In connection with the claim of pensionary benefits of the petitioner's husband, is the subject matter of the present Writ Petition. 2.The petitioner has also filed another writ petition before the Principal Seat of this Court in W.P.No.5850 of 2022, which is said to be pending, while that being so, it would not be appropriate to parallelly adjudicate the present writ petition, challenging a consequential communication. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the writ petition pending before the Principal Seat of this Court.
