O R D E R

************ [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] This writ petition has been filed for closing the liquor shop situate at Achani, Kalkulam Village, near Devakottai - Kallal Highway, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2.The grievance expressed by the writ petitioner is that his village has been a dry zone and there has been no liquor shop located all these decades.

3.We are not in position to give relief at this juncture because the writ petitioner is not in a position to establish his grievance before this Court within the stratutory frame work. 4.We therefore, direct the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation to the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to examine the said representation and take a decision with regard to the issue of running of the said TASMAC shop. The second respondent shall pass an order within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
