Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the third and fourth respondent herein to provide necessary/ adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner in view of the representation dated 05.07.2018. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the third and fourth respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has made a representation dated 05.07.2018 and thereafter he is not appearing before the third and fourth respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry and only if the petitioner appears in person, the police will be able to take any action on the complaint given by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Hence, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to appear before the fourth respondent and the fourth respondent is directed to take action based on the representation made by the petitioner and also based on the materials available during the enquiry.
