Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petition enquiry is pending as against the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police/ second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and complete the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the respondent police is directed to not to harras the petitioner.
