The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner/wife with a prayer to withdraw the case in O.P.No.56 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Ariyalur and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel produced a copy of the affidavit of service filed by him along with the notice and also the internet downloaded entry stating that the registered letter is delivered on the respondent. Inspite of notice being served, the respondent has not appeared before this Court. 3.Upon considering the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner/wife is residing at Villapuram in Madurai along with her parents. Considering the hardship which is pleaded, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 18.07.2024 NCC : Yes / No sji 2/4
