In view of the law laid down by this Court in Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., v. the Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2 Adyar Police Station, Chennai and another reported in 2016(5) CTC 577, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable. 2.

However, Mr.R.Thirumalai, Sub-Inspector of Police, Perumalpuram Police Station, is present in Court today. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted by the Assistant Commissioner of Police and the same has also been closed on 09.03.2017. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. No costs.
