This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to close the history sheet HSS.No.4 of 2019 on the file of the 3rd respondent in respect of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2022.

2. According to the petitioner, the respondents without valid reasons opened History Sheet against the petitioner and without following the procedures the same has been periodically extended, thereby he sent the representation dated 17.03.2022 to the respondents to remove his name in the History Sheet, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that they received the representation of the petitioner and the 1st respondent is the competent person to consider the representation of the petitioner and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

Advocate that the 1st respondent is the competent person to consider the representation of the petitioner and the same is pending for enquiry with him, this Court directs the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2022 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law within a period of one month, from the date of this order.
