ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for protecting the integrity of the petition mentioned channel. The petitioner had apprehended that the private respondents may tamper with the usual flow of water and divert the same. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the Tahsildar, Dindigul West that inspection was conducted and it has been found that the petition mentioned channel is in good condition and it has not been tampered.

3.Recording the stand of the official respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
