ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2017 and direct the respondent to issue the deposit amount of Rs.26,07,979/-, which was deposited in the name of the petitioner in his contract License No.Ma.Po.4/13408/16 in Registered No.48 for the public work for the period of 2012 to 2017.

2.Heard Mr.G.Anbusaravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.G.Prabhu Ramachandran, learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondent.

3.Though the petitioner has prayed for larger relief, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

08.04.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
