ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2017 and direct the respondent to issue the deposit amount of Rs.1,12,78,822/-, which was deposited in the name of the petitioner in his contract License No.Ma.Po.4/23020/16 in Registered No.42(N) for the public work for the period of 2008 to 2015.

2.Heard Mr.G.Anbusaravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.G.Prabhu Ramachandran, learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondent.

respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
