ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report on the basis of the FIR in Crime No.806 of 2021, dated 29.12.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR in Crime No. 806 of 2021 had been registered and the investigation is under progress. Further, he sought three months time to file final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court.

3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the said direction, this criminal original petition stands allowed.
