ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, seeking a direction to the respondents to make suitable changes in revenue records 0 value into actual value over the petitioner's land situated in Survey Nos.723/1, 721/2, 724/3, Thotanathu Village, Dindigul District and consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2020.

2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.Mr.P.Kannidevan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.According to the petitioner, his father namely, Alagu Sundaram Pillai and his siblings, namely, S.Gummanandha Pillai and S.Balaiah Pillai are jointly in possession of undivided joint family 1/3

properties. The said Gummanandha Pillai made a Will to Poomi Thana Iyakkam.

Therefore, they have filed a suit in O.S.No.469 of 1983 to cancel the said Will. The Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul has passed an order in favour of the petitioner on 10.11.1993 and thereafter, the patta has been changed in their name. After some days, some strangers, namely, Ayyar, Muthaian, Chithambaram and others, who are all have no connection with the property, have made 5 sale agreements, which have to be cancelled and the petitioner is in possession of the petition mentioned properties. The revenue records shows that the said properties are in 0 value. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court, seeking aforesaid prayer.

5.This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.02.2020, after hearing all the interested parties, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
