PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents or their men agent from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business i.e. Ayurvedic massage and Panchakarma Treatment in the name and style of Nakshathra Ayurvedic Panchakarma Spa Massage & Treatment Centre at Door No.21/22 Birman Kovil Atrangarai Vazhi Nadappu, Kumbakonam Town - 612001 and also the petitioner is carrying on Ayurvedic Massage Centre in another place in the name and style of colors Beauty Care and Spa at No.81, Sarangapani East Street, Near Uchipillaiyar Kovil, Kumbakonam Town - 612001.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the peaceful conduct of the business of the petitioner.

Centre is being run legally and the respondent police is interfering with the business.
3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondent police did not intend to interfere with the business of the petitioner.
4.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded. However, if any case, any complaint is being given against the petitioner pointing out to any illegality in conducting the business, the police are at liberty to conduct an enquiry and take action in accordance with law. 6.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
