This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 7 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.According to the petitioner, the respondent police are harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence this petition. 2/5

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is a history sheet rowdy and he has six previous cases in his credit. Therefore, they have watched the movements of the petitioner and apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in this petition. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

5.Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner and the second respondent also denied the alleged harassment and only they have watched the movements of the petitioner and apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in this petition, recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed. 30.04.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
