ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet in HS No.270 of 2014 on the file of the third respondent police, on the basis of petitioner's representation, dated 07.03.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that nine previous cases are pending against the petitioner.
