ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that when the revenue record in respect of the petition mentioned land stood only in the name of his father, the names of the private respondents herein were erroneously inserted later. Questioning the same and seeking deletion of the said names, the petitioner had moved the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Interested parties shall be put on notice before passing final order.

3. This writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
