The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to discharge the property bearing Plot No.23(Western Portion),Chellasamy Avenue, Melamadai Ist Bit Village,, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District, mortgaged under Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds, dated 28.4.2016, registered with Sub-Registrar Office, as Document No.1504 of 2016, within the time frame fixed by this court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard Mr.G.Thalaimutharasu, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Pala Ramasamy, learned counsel, appearing for the fourth respondent/bank and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the respondents have now registered the Discharge Receipt.

4.In view of the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
