05.02.1934 passed in E.A.No.103/1934 in O.S.No.25/1930 before the Sub Court, Kumbakonam and the consequential sale deed executed in favor of the petitioners mother vide Doc.No.2929/1971 dated 27.09.1971 and the settlement deed issued in favor of the petitioner vide Doc.No.147 of 2018 dated 19.01.2018 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2022 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks the petition mentioned land to be classified as natham. In this regard, the Sub Collector had already directed the third respondent to conduct an enquiry.

3. The third respondent is directed to conclude the said enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the third respondent to pass order one way or other. The third respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing the final order.
