ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.Challenging the sale notice dated 26.03.2023 issued by the 1st respondent, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 3.Today (29.04.2025), when the matter is taken up for admission, Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the 1st respondent, submits that pursuant to the impugned sale notice, sale has been conducted, sale certificate has also been issued and the same has also been registered.

4.In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Debts Recovery Tribunal for appropriate remedy. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
