Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner sought admission for the standard Class I in the third respondent school. The petitioner's application was considered and her name was reflected in WL 18(under RTE). The counter affidavit has been filed by the Principal and it is stated therein that the applicant failed to upload proof of residence. It is further stated in the counter affidavit that the admission process is over and all the seats have been filled up. In these circumstances, I cannot fault the admission procedure adopted by the third respondent. Relief cannot be granted. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
