*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner seeks for issuance of a direction to the respondent to grant permission to conduct cultural programme on 06.07.2017 from 6.00 PM in connection with a temple festival and to the said effect, he has submitted a representation to the respondent on 28.06.2017. Since, the representation has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the representation is still pending with the respondent, this Court is not inclined to give any positive direction in this Writ Petition, but, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
