Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct the peace committee meeting and to enquire about the disputes regarding "Sri Moonusamy Temple" festival to be held on 08.07.2017 at Viralimayanpatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District and appoint the joint village festival committee to conduct the temple festival on 08.07.2017.
